Once the ovens for the abbey and later the village bakery, the building has been transformed into a charming bed and breakfast. L'Ancienne Boulangerie lies at the very heart of the centuries-old, twisting streets of medieval Caunes-Minervois. |

| Overlooking the narrow rue St.Genes
are two other rooms, one with a small sitting area and bathroom en suite, the
other with a double bed, wide single bed, and sitting area.
The third floor offers a guest suite suitable for longer stays. It is equipped with cooking facilities, small refrigerator, dishes, coffee pot, etc. There is a bathroom en suite, queen-sized bed, and a single bed in a sleeping loft. Opposite is a small private terrace. |
